The question

Which fields lost vegetation between the April and August imagery (NDVI change), where is soil quality poor, and how do yields compare per field?

A farm manager uploads field boundaries, two satellite scenes (April and August), soil samples, irrigation canals and wells, pest scouting, weather stations, yields by season and an agronomist's notes. It wants to know which fields lost vegetation, where soil is poor and how yields compare.

What the data was built to show

  • Eight fields lose vegetation between 2026-04-15 and 2026-08-15 (NDVI change): F001, F010, F017, F018, F032, F039, F050, F052.
  • Soil samples in the south-west are saline (high EC and pH, low organic matter).
  • An aphid outbreak clusters around 36.63833, -120.03368 in the weeks of 6 to 19 July.
  • Yields of the stressed fields drop about a third in 2025.

Expected analysis families: imagery, aggregation, hot_spots, density, map.
